L&N BECOMES MEMBER OF U.S. GREEN BUILDING
COUNCIL  WASHINGTON – In an effort to increase our environmental
awareness, Legum & Norman has partnered with the U.S. Green
Building Council (USGBC) to develop our Green Initiative program.
The USGBC is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming
the built environment through green building practices so they
become more environmentally and socially responsible.
As a member of the USGBC, L&N’s goal is to educate our
Community Managers and our Board Members on how to apply environmental
friendly practices in their communities, as we work together towards
a greener future. In working towards this goal, the Consulting
and Business Development Department acts as a resource to Community
Managers to provide information to share with Client Boards, and
assist Client Associations with the implementation of community
based green activities.

MICHAEL FELTENBERGER PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT
WASHINGTON – Michael T. Shehadi, CEO and President of Legum
& Norman, Inc, is pleased to announce that Michael Feltenberger
has been promoted to Vice President. Michael will be responsible
for managing a team of Community Managers serving Virginia and
parts of DC.
Michael has been with Legum & Norman for over three years
and has responded positively to the many challenges put before
him. In his previous position as Team Leader he demonstrated his
commitment to excellence for himself and each of his team members.
Prior to joining the Legum & Norman management team, Mr.
Feltenberger was co-founder of a community management firm in
Falls Church, Virginia.
