First, online payments must be authorized by your community
by contract with Legum & Norman. Additionally, documents
pertaining to an individual's account must be completed by the homeowner
and processed by L&N prior to the first payment. If you have questions
regarding your community's current availability, please contact your
community’s management staff.
Processing of a properly completed authorization from may take up to
30 days. Completed Authorization Forms must be received by the
10th of the month so your account will be ready for payments the following
month. You will be notified when your account is ready to receive its
first online payment.
UNTIL YOU RECEIVE NOTICE, PLEASE REMIT ANY PAYMENTS THAT ARE DUE WITH
YOUR COUPON OR DIRECTLY TO OUR CORPORATE OFFICE.

Yes, My Community is Authorized Through L&N. How Do I Set
Up My Account?
Online payments to your community can be made using two different
methods, both requiring separate forms for authorization.
NOTE: If you sign up for both Direct Debit and Online Payments, please
fill out the Direct Debit form and mail it in to our office at
the address listed on the form.

Direct Debits (Automated periodical payments)

Regular, repetitive payments for your assessments. The automatic
withdrawals are done on the 1st or 5th of the month, as specified
by your Association. The total of your monthly and or quarterly
fees will be withdrawn. If you would like the convenience of automating
your regular payments online, please download the Direct Debit
Form, print it out, complete the form, and then, mail the
form in to the address listed on the form.

Online Payments (One-time manual payments made by homeowner)

A one-time payment for your assessments, guest fees, facility
rental fees, and etc. Please note that the late fee policy applies
for Online Payments. If you would like the convenience of making
one-time payments online, please download the Online Payment
Form, print it out, complete the form, and then, mail the
form in to the address listed on the form.
