Our clients include condominiums, cooperatives, homeowner associations, active adult communities, housing authorities, planned unit developments, mixed use communities, multi-family rental communities, builders and developers, government entities, resorts, senior rental housing communities, individual investors and hotels. These clients represent more than 50,000 units of all types of real estate, including high-rise, mid-rise, low-rise and garden style buildings, in addition to townhouse and single-family homes. National Real Estate Investor Magazine ranked Legum & Norman as the 25th largest property manager in the United States.

Our Leadership

As evidence of our leadership in the real estate industry, Legum & Norman has earned and been awarded the Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). In addition, we encourage our personnel to continuously participate in leadership, continuing education and designation programs offered by the various real estate industry associations. Legum & Norman personnel have earned the designations of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA®). Our personnel maintain active leadership roles in real estate industry associations on both the local and national levels.
