As a Team Leader, Mr. Kiefer will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Silver Spring Community Management Team.
Mr. Kiefer joined the Legum & Norman team as a Community Manager in 2006. Prior to joining Legum & Norman, Mr. Kiefer worked in the residential apartment rental industry in Gainesville, Florida for eight years. He has a BS in Real Estate Business from Florida Atlantic University and has been awarded the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation (CMCA) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
